That’s why we’ve created Groove Workspaces — an environment for your team to build highly customizable account lists, collaborate to drive meaningful interaction within those accounts, and manage their target account lists all in one place.

New Step Types in Flow: Coming Soon

Sales people and account managers all around the world have many different processes for communicating with prospects and clients. Our mission is to bring all of these together in one place so that our customers can organize, reach out, and continue to make meaningful relationships while tracking the interactions in Groove Flows.

In just a few short weeks, users will be able to create:

  • In-person visit steps for onsite meetings or office visit meetings

  • Direct mail steps for when they are physically sending hand-written letters or gifts to prospects

  • SMS steps for sending text messages directly through Flow (Dialer and SMS licenses required
