Looking at our usage stats, it’s clear that the reminder feature in Groove is very popular with folks who use it, whether for inbound or outbound emails. Let’s take a look at how it works.

Setting a reminder when sending an email

When you write an email, it frequently includes a "call to action" for the recipient (e.g. you ask them to book a meeting with you using Groove meeting scheduler, you’re looking for some information, etc). If you send out five such emails per day, it quickly becomes hard to keep track of who fulfilled your request and who didn't. This is why reminders are so helpful.
